Step 1. Start -> Run-> Type “gpedit.msc” , get Group Policy editor window
Step 2. Go to Local Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Network-> QOS Packet Scheduler – > Limit Reservable Bandwidth

Step 3.  Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth. Change Not Configured Into Enable , Now Change in Bandwidth 20% into ( 0 )Zero , Then Click Apply and ok
